Sarah Pannell | Atlanta

The decision to enter therapy can be difficult. Above all, Sarah hopes to create a safe place for her clients to be honest about struggles and find the help and support they need. Pain comes in many shapes and sizes, including depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, and issues with your body or with food. It is hard to face these difficulties alone, and Sarah is passionate about helping people work through their pain so they are free to live the lives they were made to live.

Sarah specializes in helping clients struggling with issues related to trauma and anxiety, utilizing eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and various trauma therapies. She is also experienced in working with people struggling with food and body image concerns. She serves on the Medical Advisory Council for the Eating Disorder Information Network (EDIN).

For clients who desire to include their faith—or questions or doubts about their faith— Sarah is very comfortable integrating these topics into therapy. She is a Christian and welcomes clients of all ethnicities, faiths, and sexual orientations. Sarah has experience working with clients and families from various backgrounds.
