Sarah is a board-certified Christian counselor and a certified temperament counselor, and she trained under The Gottman Institute for couples therapy. She is also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. A set of protocols, EMDR incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches. This approach combined with other treatment plans has helped millions of people of all ages relieve many types of psychological stresses.
Sarah is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, the Georgia Christian Counselors Association, and the American Counseling Association. She is also a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator.
