Megan Kuder | Atlanta
Licensed Professional Counselor
Megan finds it a great privilege to help clients navigate through issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, and life transitions so that they can attain a greater sense of freedom, hope, and courage to live their life well. She also specializes in seeing dating, premarital, and married couples. Megan works with dating and premarital couples to help them discern their next steps in the relationship. She works with married couples who need help navigating the complexities of relationship by building healthy communication and conflict resolution skills in a warm yet direct environment that promotes empathy and understanding.
The name of her counseling practice, Be Well, is purposeful in that she believes true wellness comes from a holistic understanding of mental, physical, and spiritual health. Megan works from a perspective of seeing the whole person—mind, body, spirit—and will co-create treatment goals with each client individually, recognizing that each person is created uniquely and perfectly for a purpose. She works from a Christian understanding of spiritual formation and will gladly incorporate that understanding into sessions should a client desire this type of work in their therapy.
