Jessica Tomlinson | Woodstock

Jessica has a passion for working with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as addiction, anxiety, stress, and relationship or family conflict. She enjoys working directly with parents to set goals and better understand their teen’s challenges and with couples who want the most from their marriages.

She specializes and continues training in bipolar/mood disorders, addictions, couples’ therapy, and human sexuality. She became a therapist because she knew from a young age that she wanted to help other people. Jessica's own history, family, and journey influence her as a therapist. This makes her real. One does not get to the therapy chair without struggles in life.

Jessica has found that hope and grace have anchored her and this is what she seeks for her clients. Because her life has been impacted by the very challenges and issues she strives to help others conquer, it is her intent to make sure her clients feel safe and deeply understood.
