Emily Dettman is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) holding a master’s degree in clinical professional psychology and a certificate in clinical child and family studies. Emily has been in the mental health field since 2005 and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and women.
Emily strives to individualize each session to meet the unique needs of each person and family. Sessions are designed to develop and enhance the necessary skills to face life's challenges. Sessions establish effective solutions to various challenges and obstacles in a supportive and accepting environment.

In addition to the traditional office setting, Emily offers a specialized therapeutic approach using horses at the farm location. She is certified in equine-assisted psychotherapy and offers individual, group, and family sessions with the use of horses.
