Dana Lindsay received her M.A. in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and a B.A. in Marketing from Georgia State University. Dana is a Licensed Professional Counselor (GA #LPC009642) in practice at River's Edge Counseling LLC. She is also a national board certified counselor. She works with clients desiring help with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, second career/empty nest planning, grief, codependency, marital stress, sexual abuse, personality disorders, parenting issues, and suicidal ideation. Dana is also a certified PREPARE/ENRICH (premarital) counselor and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma. 

Dana focuses on helping each client discover, appreciate, and utilize their strengths in order to move forward on their life's journey. She works with adult and adolescent individuals as well as couples. She believes it is essential that clients experience a safe, non-judgmental environment in which to explore, share, and reframe their own stories. Dana is a native Atlantan who enjoys life with her husband, their three children, and an awkwardly large dog named Lilly.
