Brad has recently started his business, Brad Erlandson LLC, and is looking forward to utilizing the qualities and concepts that he knows will be helpful to clients. He has been counseling for seven years, beginning as an intern in 2011. Upon graduation in 2012, he began using his education and experience full time at Oakland Psychiatric Associates in Clarkston, MI.

In 2016 Brad moved to Georgia, where he has been active in a group practice. He uses a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), logotherapy, and integration.
